Shipping & Returns

Returns/Cancellation Policy

If the incorrect item has been shipped, Seller will ship correct item and pay for the return of the incorrect item at our expense. You need to let us know about this quickly. If the wrong item was ordered or no longer needed, most items ordered can be returned if we are notified within 2 weeks of the order delivery. This is provided the equipment has not been used or is in its original packaging. Opened Desiccant, filter elements or any parts may not be returned. A re-stocking fee will apply at up to 30% for approved returns and you will be responsible for return freight on these returns.

If there are any returns, please contact us with your order number, reasons for return and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

Shipping/Delivery/Delays

We can sell to overseas customers but for Overseas Shipments, you cannot purchase through the website, you must email us to determine the cost of shipping. We can ship to any destination allowed by law. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order through the website for USA Shipments, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Any stated shipment dates are approximate and do not constitute any guarantee of shipment on any particular date. Notwithstanding, the reservation of title by Seller, risk of loss or damage to all Goods sold Ex Works Manufacturing Plant shall pass from Seller to Buyer upon delivery by Manufacturer to possession of the carrier or other person providing delivery of the Goods. Any claims for loss or damage after possession by the carrier will be solely between Buyer and the carrier. Seller will provide reasonable assistance to Buyer in filing loss or damage claims.

Notification of receipt of damaged Goods by any customer when having been shipped on a “prepaid and add,” basis must be made to Seller’s offices within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Goods together with carrier’s delivery documents denoting any damage. Seller’s Manufacturers will attempt to package, load and prepare all shipments with care to attempt to assure arrival of Goods at destination in good condition, and bagged chemicals will be loaded in the carrier in such a manner as to attempt to preclude any shifting during transit, but Seller cannot control the manner in which the carrier is moved or handled and will not be responsible for shifting of loads within the carrier, or puncturing of bags or other damage to goods by material handling equipment. Seller assumes responsibility for failure of packaging seals.

Most items will ship UPS unless they are overweight. Larger items may ship motor freight and we can get rate estimates if this is the case. We ship to most destinations. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Prices

Prices published or quoted by Seller are subject to change without prior notification. All prices are based on U.S. dollars, Ex Works manufacturing plant. Prices do not include any taxes (sales, excise, use, etc.) or any export or import duties imposed by any country which may be applicable to the sale of the Goods. Such taxes or duties, if applicable, will be paid by Buyer, and Buyer hereby expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any claim loss, damage, liability, or expense with regard to the payment of any such taxes or charges. Prices on any purchase orders may be adjusted at the time of acceptance and acknowledgment of Seller’s offices.

Warranty

All items including Dryers, Filters, Drain Valves, Compressors and Dew Pointers carry a standard manufacturer’s warranty and are to be free from material defects and workmanship for a period of 1 year, depending on items. D-Series Compressed Air Dryers have a Pro-Rated warranty of 1-10 years. For any limitations and full details, please contact us.
